A generous amount of Ron Zacapa Sistema Solera 23yo Gran Reserve rum, Pedro Ximenez and muscovado sugar set on fire and flamed to infuse all ingredients. Poured flaming into a large brandy balloon over aromatics of a cinnamon quill. star anise and a blood orange peel. Let sit for a minute or two to get the full effect.
